Run. This is a commission based only role "for the first year"(the job description did NOT say it was commission based compensation). Look up the term devilcorp and that will tell you everything you need to know about this company. Do not waste your time interviewing here and go find a job that will pay you a salary. It's really sad that companies like this prey on people who just want a job.
