It felt like a conversation more than an interview. There was a panel of team leaders and the head of CSC. There were no technical questions, they just really want to get to know you.

Interview
You go through multiple phases of interviews, first one being a video interview, where you record your answers on a slot of a minute before uploading your answer. Your second interview would be trough Microsoft teams where you engage with a recruiter one on one, and the last one being a with a panel of three people( team leaders)

The interview was amazing. They are very welcoming and quick to make you feel less nervous that one usually would before an interview. So in a nutshell one can say that it is a good experience.
