I completed three steps in the Interview process.
1. Q/A on recorded video: I was asked to answer a series of questions on a recorded webcam session. There was no interviewer. Each question was straightforward with some technical aspects to it. There was 180 seconds per question.
2. Was an in person interview with the manager of the team the role reported to, alongside a member of the team. This was an hour long interview. Questions regarding previous experience.
3. Interview with manager of the team, and executives with wealth of experience in the area. Questions were focused on gauging competence and experience and how to handle situations.
