I did a phone screen and then had 1:1 conversations with the leadership team. It was a quick interview process that had behavioral based interview questions & asked about recruiting techniques. I was happy to accept and join the team at Invenergy.

Interview
I was contacted by a Recruiting Manager about a position I applied for. We set up a time and she called and cancelled minutes before the interview. We rescheduled for the following week and not only did she NOT call but also did return the voicemail I left. I would never be so rude to a candidate. Don’t bother with this company.
