Efficient and well structured. The interviewers made me feel comfortable. Conversation type interview. Best company in the industry so they know what they are doing. It is better to have industry experience of course but depending on the role you are applying for not always necessary
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intrepid (Newport Beach, CA) in May 2019
Interview
I applied with my resume via Craigslist. I received an email a two weeks later requesting to set up an interview. The interviewees were very nice and I felt comfortable with them. I have been on a lot of interviews in the past and I would have to say they were asking me questions that no other employer has ever asked me. The questions were uncomfortable to answer because I thought they were a little inappropriate and intrusive. I listed a few that I remember below.
Still, the interview went great and I was invited back for a second interview with the company the following week. On the second interview, the same people interviewed me again. That's when it went all down hill. On the Craigslist ad they posted, it said that this position was a Regular Full-Time 40 hour work week position. On the first interview, they asked if it was okay if I worked part time for a few months till July. I agreed only because they said I would be working full time thereafter. Now on the second interview, they asked if I can work till the end of Dec and then come back when they get busy again (which meant I wouldn't work for a few months or so after Dec). Similar to being "on call". WHAT??!! Their ad on Craigslist never disclosed this. I declined to be "on call" and I was disappointed after I left the interview because I thought they were being very deceiving. To say the least I didn't want to move forward with this company.

Question 1
On a scale of 1-10, how would your previous employer rate you as an employee if we call them for a reference check?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Intrepid (Houston, TX) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process involves a 30 min phone interview with a recruiter and then afterwards if things went well, a 30 min technical interview with a developer. I didn't make it past this part, but after the technical is an in person interview in Boston.
