I recently attended an interview at IntouchCX for a Technical Support role. The overall process was detailed, but I felt the scheduling and coordination could be improved.
I was called to their office for three consecutive days, which was exhausting and time-consuming. While I understand that companies want to hire the right candidates carefully, the process felt unnecessarily long. On each day, there was a lot of waiting involved with very little communication on what the next steps would be or when they would happen.

It's a face to face interview containing 4 rounds-self intro, grammar test, typing test, hr interview. All of them are face to face but I got hr interview through zoom call

Checking basic communication level that's it Very easy 2 rounds of interview Good and friendly staff Overall if you're confident then it is easy to get selected in second Round they're asked basic information about candidate and basic knowledge on customer support
