Te contactan por llamada,te hacen un filtro,si lo pasas sigue la video llamada,y te explican de que tratara tu puesto sueldos prestaciones etc,te citan al site y en site te reciben para darte un tour hablar de la empresa valores etc firmas contrato y ya estás dentro.
