Interview was horrible, couldn’t hear or understand the manager on video call. Didn’t give a well description of job overview or expectations, he doesn’t seem to know himself. Pay seems average, they want employees on-site which sucks in 2023. Communications seems delayed.

Got asked questions like "how much did I make at my last job?" (It's prohibited in the state of CA to ask such questions.
Highly unprofessional, I followed up multiple times and got ghosted.
