The interview process was conducted very smoothly and professionally. During the Talent Acquisition round, the Manager - TA ensured that the discussion was clear, transparent, and well-organized. The questions were relevant and focused, giving me the opportunity to showcase my strengths and understanding of the role. The conversation flowed naturally, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere that set the tone for the subsequent rounds with the Head of HR & Admin, the Managing Director, and the Director.
