Interview
There were two interviews.
The first was a first approach telephone interview was with the ICT Operations Lead of the company and not with an HR person [as often happens] and the second interview was a Teams meeting with the ICT Operations Lead and the Head of HR.
The hiring process followed the high standards that someone would expect of a company like Intersoft. All the documents had been sent to me to sign, everything was clear and understandable and the Head of HR was replying to my e-mails almost instantly, providing all the information I needed.
Overall, the whole process was professional from start to finish.
