Interview
met with Director. he said he had to go to a conference but would get back with me. After 3 weeks he called and offered me the job. Later I found out they had looked everywhere to find someone else but then offered me the job so I assume I was not their first choice but they settled for me. That and also I was sat in the far corner next to a cubicle of a person who was on a long extended leave, by myself, from day one, despite their being tons of empty cubicles in the ctenter, with everyone else. I get the impression they never intended to keep me in the first place.

Question 1
They showed me the work of the previous person in the job - actually this was a contracted agency. They asked how would I handle this, because on this first draft there were things the previous person had highlghted to ask as questions - on the draft. I tried to tell them this is standard - it takes back and forth, etc. to complete the work of this type. The Director said they felt that no, perhaps if they just hired a full-time inside person they would not have this problem so they hired me and then fired me after 5 weeks for the same thing.
