Interview
Call from the hiring manager and had a phone interview. They then flew me out for a face to face meeting. I met with the hiring manager, then with a few of the other key executives in the company, then I met with a few of the developers. Then I was given a tour of the facility.

Question 1
Pretty straight forward in the questioning. Problem solving, team building, mentoring. Technical aptitude questions with regards to specific areas of expertise. This was more of a management position with regards to development processes and implementation.
