Interview
Interview Process:
I recently interviewed for the Partnerships Sales Manager position at IWG. The interview process included a Zoom interview for the first round.
First Round:
The interviewer appeared very casual, wearing home attire and drinking coffee during the conversation. This gave me the impression that they were not professional and did not respect the interview process.
Experience:
The casual demeanor of the interviewer made me feel uncomfortable and not taken seriously as a candidate. It was disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a company of this size.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at International Workplace Group in Nov 2025
Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews, A very Supportive HR to hype you up until the last round and then lowball you to take the peanuts they can offer. Country head asking for fixed + variable like he’s haggling. A company pretending to be MNC but operating like a budget dealership
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at International Workplace Group (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organised, consisting of three rounds. The first round was an initial conversation with the recruiter, who provided a great overview of the role and company. The second round was a more in-depth discussion with one of the directors, focusing on my experience and suitability for the position. The final round was with the same director and my potential line manager, where we delved further into the role and team dynamics. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and I felt well-supported at each stage.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at International Workplace Group (Taipei) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process consists of at least four stages. First, there is a video interview with the HR based in Hong Kong. The second stage is an in-person interview with the General Manager in Taiwan. If you pass this round, you will need to deliver an on-site presentation. Finally, you will have an interview with executives from the Asia regional headquarters.
