It was all done remotely over the phone. I already knew the manager who contacted me because I knew appraisals. She was backed up and needed assistance, and gave me a call knowing that I was not working. I went to work immediately after approval from teh company came over. I felt it was really easy and a smooth experience.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at International Valuation Group (Pune)
Interview
There would be a total of 3 rounds of interviews post your call with ta team where you will be judged on your knowledge of sql oops and communication.
First round is technical round.
Second round is managerial round .
Third round is director round.
