Random phone call several weeks after initial application. Spoke with a medical director. Flown to nearest office for interview with another senior clinician. Pleasant and visited the offices which was helpful. Ensured I really understood what I was going in for. A lot of time was spent exploring motivations and fit for commercial environment, which was good. I came out of it quite refreshed.
