I never intended to apply for International SOS and never even heard about International SOS, I just found the position on LinkedIn and reviewed the company profile on wikipedia as well as glassdoor.com, then I decided to submit my application based on my positive first impression. After between 2-3 days, I received a call from HR to set me up for a phone interview, and then an in person interview. The interview structure amazed me and make me even more interested in the company, starting from the first call to the questionnaire and the final assessment.
Matter of fact I learned from the interview process itself a lot and hence I was eager to join this company and by the time I passed all stages of the interview, I received offer letter within 2-3 weeks as far as I remember, and I did not hesitate for a moment to sign the offer and get on board.

Multi-Step, multi-person interview, which includes simulated customer interaction. Overall, interviewers are friendly, and ask question Regarding your resume. The interview lasted about an hour. And the employer got back to me quickly with an answer.

The interview process was very timely and relevant. All of the questions I was asked were very relevant to my job and the communications with the company between submitting my application and each interview was very timely.
