Interview
Saw the advert on Linkedin and found the recruiter. Interviewed the following week in an assessment centre with 7 other people. For 3 hours. Had a presentation first. Then short interview, then telephone role play, then typing test
Then there was the telephone role play... the role play was "sgt Patterson has abdo pain please phone Dr Smitz for an update'
It turns out Sgt Patterson is a 28yr old woman who has had an emergency appendectomy
Then you have a typing test type as quickly and accurately as you can. You copy out some text with . ! ' " and words.
Everything you do is timed once your time is up someone comes over copies it and emails it over.
