Second interview one week later with C-level staff - 30 minutes, easy questions. Offer extended (pending references) two days later. Friendly and casual interview atmosphere, but not very thorough vetting by hiring managers.

I received a phone call two months after applying online. I heard nothing for another month until I was asked to come in for another interview. Both interviews were with the associate director. I never received an update on their decision.
