Interview
First interview was on campus(October). They asked general get to know you interview questions, nothing too specific. It was more "Tell me about a time" type of questions. Received an email about a week and a half later inviting me to go for a second interview in Memphis. Flew in on a Thursday(November). On Friday, I had 4 separate interviews with different IT managers. Same types of "tell me a time" questions as in the first interview with a few more slightly technical questions, but more like "do you have experience with this" type of questions. After the interviews, we went on a tour around Memphis, went to dinner, and then flew home Saturday morning.

i was asked a lot of safety questions, past experiences, how you handled challenges in your past experiences and what you learned from them. about 5-10 questions and it takes around 30 minutes to complete

Interview
I first met with International Paper at my school's career fair and discussed with them about their company and internship opportunities. They then reached out asking to do an internship with me over a zoom meeting. They asked me certain questions about myself and provided me different scenarios in which I needed to explain how I would react and respond in that situation. The internship lasted about 45 minutes, and within a month or two, they got back to me with an internship offer.

Interview
The interview process took a total of 30 minutes. It was over the phone. The interviewers were very nice and asked behavioral questions. I was very comfortable with the interviewers even though we were not in a face to face setting.
