Intermountain Hospital interview questions

I wouldn't call it much of an interview. I met with the head of nursing, Jade, for an in-person interview that lasted maybe 10 minutes. It felt as if they were going to hire me pretty much no matter what, and I was only asked two questions: "why do you want to work here?" and "why do you want to be a psych tech?" I was hired on the spot as soon as the interview was completed.
