The process was professional. I received an email informing me of the opportunity to interview by phone. After the phone interview, I was emailed to come in and interview in person. It was 2:1 with the director of finance and a manager. After a week, the skills test was foregone and I was notified that I had not made the cut.

I was interviewed in a group of three. We did a group problem solving experience for about 45 minutes and then did individual interviews at the end. There were multiple groups of other interviews that took place,
All with 3-5 participants.

I was contacted by a recruiter who set up the interview for a few days later. The entire board in the interview was kind and made me feel comfortable. Asked very relevant questions.

It was very laid back and simple. The interviewers were very personable. I was interviewed by two people who were already employees. I didn't feel intimidated or nervous, especially being a college student and being interviewed by people in prominent positions.
