Received an email for a phone interview and answer questions for the 30 minute call. Next, was invited to student interview day where we learned more about the company and broke out in teams for group presentations. After that, I was interview by two members of the executive board and was told to wait a week for a response. A week later I got a email saying that thinks I would be a better fit for a different department vs the one I applied for , so we set up another interview so I could meet management of the other team. All of the interviews went great, however I was ghosted and never heard anything back after 3 interviews and a presentation. I sent two follow up emails a week apart, one at the 3rd week mark of no response and another at the 4th week with no response. It would be courteous for the company to at least send an email letting me know that I didn't make the cut, however ghosting me after 3 interviews, a presentation, and follow up emails was very unprofessional on their part.
