I applied for this position in the summer of 2023 and didn’t hear back from them until December, and I had an interview over the phone in early January 2024.
I was then prompted to do a timed and proctored writing assessment with no callback or follow-up. There was hardly any follow-up between summer 2023 and now winter 2023-24. It seems like they drag out the opportunity based on whatever is going on internally; I'm not sure what the turnover rate or the issue is. Times are hard right now, so imagine waiting for this job to get back to you; it seems inconsistent.
Easy and quick process. The interview process was organized and transparent, with relevant questions and clear communication at every stage. Quick to respond to questions. Nice staff . Considerate of different time zones.
