Interview
Interview was based around a scenario with an application having serious issues in production. Seemed to be focused on steps for a resolution and infrastructure knowledge. No typical questions on people management, processes, ways of working, etc.

What would be the first thing you would do in this scenario?
Split over two days. The first part was an hour and a half and the second part was 5 hours which is quite long but there's a lot for the interviewee there like a "buddy chat".

Interview
Did all 6 rounds of interview with various people and stakeholder and then got ghosted. Not even the recruiter replied back to me with feedback or yes/no. Very junior people in the organization by the look of it.
