Enjoyed first round with recruiter. Second round included a timed video recording with questions. Didn't leave enough time to answer question and caused unnecessary pressure which resulted in a poor experience.

It seems like unless you worked Amazon or Google and put your pronouns (cause that is a thing) in your name dont waste your time here. Being interviewed by someone who is barely in the company 2 months and bragging about the time before he left. Told by the company that it doesn't seem I want this type of job cause its not project orientated - yet i was specifically asked about experience in projects. Also being asked a question that is beyond comprehension and clarification is beyond frustrating. If you have to say "what i mean is" the question is terrible. Honestly I imagine these people smell their own farts and clap themselves on the back when they design these convoluted interviews.
