Python Online Test, then quickly followed by the Manager's Discussion then a couple of discussions with the US team. Overall interview experience would be pleasant and even appear easy. The interview would appear easy and but in reality, it's not, as I learned after joining the company. After joining the US team kept rejecting the candidates I cleared as an interviewer myself. Then I learned that they figure out candidates by asking very simple questions but depending upon how the candidates answer they can clearly see if the candidate has the real or fake experience, then comes the matter of fitment, they are also particular about getting candidates who will augment the existing team with the skillset they need. I don't know how they do it, but they are quite good at figuring out good ones with real experience.
