I was invited to a one-way interview, where I had to record myself answering live questions. I was asked three questions and was given a couple of minutes to think about the answer before recording.

The questions focused on knowledge about international development, e.g. describe the relationship between Europe and Latin America on investment and trade, what role can multilateral development banks play in Latin America.

I had the first round of interviews in Spanish that was a surprise as I had not practiced my answers in Spanish. Then the second round will be with a panel and it’s still in the future so I don’t know if I got the job.
