The process involved several interview rounds. Most questions were regarding my research experience, knowledge of statistical softwares, and aspirations. At some point they also asked about my professional and academic plans, including if I was considering a PhD.

This was for a position in the Research Fellowship Program. I was first called to see if I was interested after applying. When I indicated I was I was subsequently interviewed by the individual I would potentially be working for and a senior member of the research department. The interview involved me answering some questions in a foreign language. At the end of the interview they indicated that the next step was to conduct a timed programming test. I recieved an email with the test a few days later and had 8 hours to complete it. It was submitted and I recieved confirmation a few days later from the person who I would potentially be working for had recommended me to the HR department. The HR department consulted with the Senior Economists in the Research Dept and I was confirmed. They then made me an offer
