Hello - we are aware of your case and would like to apologise.
We aim to provide feedback much more quickly than this, but here we dropped the ball. We aim to give all candidates a positive experience, whether or not we make an offer. We should have communicated more promptly.
We will factor this feedback into our process and aim to improve going forward.
