Intelliswift Learning and Development Manager interview questions

Interview took place in a phone call. There was no email request for the interview. The recruiter simply cold called me shortly after submitting my application. He started out okay, but when it came to my years of experience and how it aligned with the role, he suggested that I had too much experience and it would be off putting to leadership.
