The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Intelligent Flying Machines (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The ceo called to chat with me about my background and the company. A few days later a live coding challenge via web. I would suggest not wasting time with potential candidates if they don’t have the back ground they are looking for. My “python” skills aren’t exactly what they were looking for in terms of process and what I use in a day to day.
The ceo is cool and is clearly bright and driven but this was the most awkward experience I’ve ever dealt with. Stick to your product and hire an in house recruiter/ business analyst to help you bring some seasoned talent on board
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you about to revive a coding challenge, brush up on some visualization libraries and feel free to accomplish the task at hand rather than a method(writing time/cost efficient code)
