My interview experience with Intellier was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional processes I’ve ever gone through.
Round 1 – Technical Interview (30–40 minutes):
The discussion focused on native module integration, event loop, and OOP concepts. The round was technical and fair.
Round 2 – Technical Task:
A take-home assignment that tested practical implementation skills.
Round 3 – DSA & JavaScript Coding Round:
This round had 11 detailed questions on topics like two pointers, sliding window, merge sort, BFS, factorial logic, and string manipulation. Solved 8 problems.
Final Round – Role Discussion with the COO
This was supposed to be a formal confirmation round, as the HR had already informed me that I was selected. The Red Flags Start Here, after the third round, I received a call from their HR offering me a salary that was lower than my current compensation, I negotiated and we mutually agreed on a revised offer. I was then asked to visit their office for a final discussion with their COO. That’s where things completely fell apart. The Final Discussion Was a Joke. When I met with the COO, the entire tone shifted. I was asked irrelevant, judgmental questions like:
"What do you know about work-life balance?"
"Why are you changing companies frequently?"
I explained I was looking for a long-term fit aligned with my career growth — a fair response. But instead of a meaningful conversation, I was told: I’ll investigate your previous companies. This was completely out of line. After all the rounds and negotiations, they suddenly asked me to sign a 2-year contract, something that was never mentioned during the previous 3 rounds or negotiations. I immediately rejected it.
Final thought:
Intellier lacks professionalism and transparency. They waste candidates' time through a lengthy and misleading process. HR and leadership are not aligned, The COO’s behavior was aggressive. If you value your time, your dignity, and your career growth AVOID THIS COMPANY🚫.

The interview process includes initial screening, an interview with the team lead or CEO to assess fit and skills, a project/code test evaluating abilities, and a final interview with CEO for strategic alignment. Offer extended upon successful evaluation.
