Wonderful experience. I tend to stress out regarding interviews no matter how much experience I have, but the person who interviewed me immediately put me at ease. There were no "uniform" questions, more like a meet and greet. Applied on Monday, called for interview Tuesday, had interview Wednesday, offered the job Thursday, and I started on the following Monday.

Phone interview followed by basic typing test. Not really much more to say. I made my interests known and they did as well. Most over the phone followed by on site interview.
