I went for an interview without having proper call letter because of one wrong information. After waiting for long long long time ,one HR came and told nicely "now technical HRs are busy , your interview will be on this weekend" and gave his contact number.Then there is no any proper reply from them.NO NO cant say like that.I had a reply, which are worst ever in ma life.And finally I told if there is no opening just tell.But that HR again & again telling the same thing today that will be ,2mrw that wilI be.I lost 2 more interview opportunity because of them.At one time I had 3 offers in ma hand and finally contacted again as i have some passion towards that company. This time also he told the same. And He asked me "what are all the companies you have placed". Casually i told.Then He as a HR person(!) asked "If u don't mine,I check whether its true or not then contact you". Still I cant believe what is the mental problem they have .If we crack the interview you are going to hire or going to throw.Then why these are all the things.If they don't have opening or time or anything, as a HR you should inform properly or cut them immediately. Such an worst HR process i ever had in ma life.I cant believe why this company having this kinda HRs . They don't have even a basic HR quality. even an uneducated spinach seller also has some good business quality.But they are...Nothing to say more than this.I lost ma whole good thought about that company.Be like this ,Your company will reach unexpected level soon.

Interview
I have attended for the QA Role, the interview process is good. I was asked for the basics quants and reasoning questions.
First -> Written apptitude and puzzles
Second -> Use Case / Test case document writing with all aspects positive and negative
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intellect Design Arena (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
There were 2 rounds of technical interview, 1st on weekend and the other on a week day later.
I have done the interview very well and i got the result for both rounds on the same day of interview.
After that, on the same day of 2nd interview with test manager, had a hr discussion about package. After negotiation, we came to a conclusion with the package. And hr told, we will be sending mail to verify documents, after that offer letter will be released.
As they told, they asked for all the required documents and i sent, 2 weeks later they sent salary breakup mail in which the package given is very less that what they told during the hr discussion.
This negotiation phase went for more than 2 weeks and finally they told we can give this much only.
I accepted it, as i had no other way and asked them to send offer letter.
Hr told that, it will be sent within 2 days. But didn't receive, i waited for a week and tried contacting hr. They were telling will send in 2 days, in 1 week.
But they didn't send at all. Finally after i follwed with them for so many times, they told the position went on for hold and will let you know once it is available.
Such a very irritating process and the hr prcess is very very bad
