Initially, the HR contacted me for a phone screening and then scheduled a technical interview for the following day. The interview process was straightforward, but they mentioned that I wouldn't be paid for the first three months during the training period. They also said that based on my performance during training, they might hire me for projects afterward. However, the stipend offered after training is only $3,000 per month, and even if I do get assigned to a project, the pay is quite low.( One more thing the project would last for only 2-3 months ). It's sounds fishy and heard no other company have weird policies like this.
