Initial communication was via email, requested completing some "situation" questionnaires and a Microsoft Office quiz.
This was followed, a couple weeks later, a face-to-face interview with the potential boss, and some other employees. Second Interview was again with the potential boss, this time including a "skill assessment" where they had you demonstrate some basic computer skills, revolved around Telecom service quotes.
Couple of weeks later, I was emailed a personality assessment, this was then followed with a final interview with the senior management in the company.
Overall hiring process was slow, 2-3 months to complete the process.
