Best advice is to apply online, will save you a lot of time when you get there. After they accept your application (and believe me they accept ANYONE), they will let you know you can come in for an "interview" and drug screening. The woman asked me what kind of job I wanted to do, the days I wanted to work and the shift I wanted to work. I chose ICQA associate, Wed-Sat, 7-5:30p.m. Piece of cake. After I chose my job title, they did a quick mouth swab drug test (which I believe is only 5 panels), then I took a picture and was on my merry way.

Originally applied through Amazon.com. About a month or two later received a call from Integrity to come in for the hiring event. Walked in and filled out paperwork. Watched a video of employee testimonials. Called back to take a drug test and the "interview" was just getting a position and location.

Interview
Interviewer was very pleasant. Not at all intimidating considering just about anyone can get the job. People even walk in with greasy sweats and baggy shirts for pete sake. if you can pass the drug test and backround check you're going to get the job anyone can get it. You don't really need to prepare for the interview but having an idea of what position you are interested in helps the interviewer.
