A recruiter called and did a short phone interview, then scheduled an interview between the hiring manager and I. Both were pleasant people and the interviews were average, straightforward ones.
One thing I would ask before agreeing to an interview, if you are looking for part time work, is how many hours they need coverage for. The manager had a part time job posted but didn't research their needs and said she needed to ask her CNAs what coverage was necessary... the manager ended up saying they didn't need a part time CNA at this time but wanted to have another manager interview me for work in an unrelated area. Wasting my time with this interview was incredibly frustrating. They seem disorganized and they do not know what they want in an applicant. Why post a job if you don't even know you need to hire someone?
I will not be reapplying to this organization.
