Interview
I responded to an advertisement for schedulers and recruiters for a mystery shopping company. I got a response right away and a phone call from the CEO, Kelly Truelove, the very next day. I enjoyed talking with Kelly and she made me very comfortable. She answered my questions and explained the job to me. .

I was very surprised when she asked me how I liked to work, what had or hadn't worked well for me in the past and why. I'm used to employers having a strict policy in place and not giving me the freedom to choose my own working style.
