I was approached in May for the KYC Analyst role, but after sending them a response, I did not hear anything back. I have been recently approached by them again for the same role. The interviewer was very late due to the "technical issues" and did not make any honest apologies. So, it went downhill quite quickly from the very beginning, and it made all my interest in the role pretty much gone. The interviewer had a strong Indian accent, and it was quite difficult to follow and understand what he was saying and asking. If you live in the UK and you work as a hiring manager or a team leader and you cannot properly articulate, please, do not interview people. There are many unemployed people under huge stress now and the least thing we want to experience is an interviewer described by me. Despite the fact the interview was bad, I still expressed my interest and asked a few good questions, but, again, it was effortless and bland. Not going to apply for this company ever again.
