They came in with a very low rate and justified it by the customer will upgrade to an appropriate level.
I had the feeling they were just jerking me around and they most likely had me as a reserve if their even lower compensated candidate did not accept the offer.
BCBST was the customer and kept changing the interview date and times and once the offer letter was accepted I received an email stating: "Client is changing as that slot is full now.
I apologize for the inconvenience."
This is exactly what I warned the recruiter was doing and it turned out to be true.
My advice is to stay away from these leadership, team members, and the firm.
