I interviewed with office in Duluth, Georgia. The interviewer basically had 8 hours of abstract logic "puzzles" and mind benders that look nothing like realistic project work and prove nothing about someone's ability to be a useful employee. Even on the ones I found a solution to, it was obvious he just wanted someone to regurgitate his solution: "solve it in a different way". He then acted smug and pompous when he "taught" you how to solve it using his method. Seems like the type who loves to hear his own voice. Other interviewers in the room were completely silent and looked like they were miserable.
