I received notification shortly after I applied that they were impressed with my background and would like to talk to me. We arranged a time for a phone interview. I went well and I was told they would get back with me. I sent a message a week later thanking them for the interview. They esponded in kind and said that they had many interviews to do and would let me know what the next step would be. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything so I touched base again. Was told that there were many qualified candidates and were still in the interview process. Two weeks again and still no contact from them. So far, I'm not impressed.
