All the other posts mentioning a drawn out interview process and potential to be ghosted at anytime are 100 percent true.
I had gone several rounds within the interview process and then complete radio silence from HT and hiring manager (both of whom, I had reached out to for follow up). The interview process is lengthy and almost aggravating. 30 minute initial recruitment call followed by 30 minute video interview with hiring manager, 1.5 hour panel interview with other department employees, next a case study and then followed up with a 30 minute video interview to present said case study. That was not even the final interview step!
If a potential future employee puts that kind of time an effort into an interview process then a common courtesy response back should be given, no exceptions. This is a tell tale of their work/business ethics. Any potential clients looking to work with Integra should know of their tactics as well. It is poor form to say the least.
