Integra Partners Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Long process, multiple round of interview, drug test/background check, they call references. Process was long for a call center job. Got the job but did take almost 2 weeks.

The whole interview process is quite lengthy and time consuming. I will elaborate. Received a call from HR Recruiter and had an interview over the phone. Next was an interview with the director over the phone. Next was a video interview with VP. Next they had me do a case study which took an hour. Next face-to-face interview with director (again), HR, and one of the supervisors. I did not get a job offer.
