Was only one phone call which i had, they spent the majority of the time explaining what the company does so be prepared with your own research of the company, e.g. looking at previous deals they have done
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intapp in Jan 2020
Interview
3 stage interview process that went really well. I was told that I would be a great fit for the company and that I had all the qualifications necessary. Each interview stage is a little longer than the last and are with relatively higher up personnel. All phone interviews (probably in person interviews for a full time role). Frustrating because I felt I was led on by the company that I was doing really well in the interviews. In the final stage, they told me they would reach out soon. Emailed them two weeks later and said they were having a tough time making a decision. After three emails and a month later, they finally got back to me and let me know I did not get an offer. As a college student this was extremely irritating because I was trying to finalize my plans for the summer but DealCloud's inconsistent communication was extremely frustrating.
More interviews than average - 5. Very communicative and willing to answer my questions regarding things beside the position. Relatively quick process for an internship offer. Good experience and felt informed the entire time.
Was 4 rounds where you meet with multiple people across the company each getting higher up. Everyone asked similar questions but left a lot of time for you to ask your own.
