They send you an email with a video link to down load. A person comes on asks prerecorded questions and you have 25 seconds to answer never had the chance to speak to an actual person
The Ist interview was a phone chat with a recruiter. Then the 2nd interview was with Chief of Staff via Zoom, 3rd final was in office with the direct manager and also met the CEO and the president.
