Insurance Program Managers Group Human Resources Assistant interview questions

The staff at IPMG was cordial, professional, and timely in the interview process. Both employees that conducted the interview were outgoing and honest about the type of person they were seeking; not something you see often in the job search. The phone interviews were both scheduled promptly which is also a plus since in my experience most hiring personnel will just ask for a time window of availability. In person interviews were also quite professional and welcoming. As someone with experience conducting interviews as well it was clear at the end that I would not be chosen for the job. Most HR professionals would likely pick up on the signs. Ultimately, I was not chosen for the position for reasons such as salary and experience.
