I applied online. I interviewed at Insurance Office of America (Longwood, FL) in Mar 2026
Interview
During the interview process I completed all 3 interviews. Each interview stage was a wonderful experience that I truly appreciated. I learned about the company and their needs for this role. They did not treat the interviews like a checkoff list and really listened to me and even asked me what was important to me when looking for a company and new role.

BEWARE OF FAKE JOB POSTINGS!!!!
It stood out to me that the company posted multiple job postings at one time. They're just wanting to collect data to test what other companies are doing and get a lay of the land on current processes to adjust what they could do differently. Rather than wasting potential job seekers time, they could do this differently. I wasted 40 minutes interviewing with 2 people, taking a 30 minute long assessment for P&C and personality quiz only for them to decline. My experience matches the job description, and I knew all the answers on the quiz. During the interview, they just wanted to learn about what my company is doing and how we treat our customers versus determining if I'd be a good fit to hire. Please look elsewhere, they dont plan to hire anyone, only gauge the market.
