I applied online. I interviewed at Instrumentation Laboratory (Bedford, MA)
Interview
Applied through the website, got a call from the coordinator the next day. First interview was with the hiring manager (hm). Very nice and to the point, was upfront about jo requirement, commitments etc. Next interview was for 4.5 hours with half hour inteviews with various team members. No breaks in between...although it was a video call it was quite tiring. I suggest next time they schedule a 15 min break in between. Was told by one individual to let them know when I am ready to give my third interview (presentation) and the coordinator called to set up a time too. Later that day when I went to confirm the time the coordinator said that the interview is on hold. Quite discouraging, I wish the communication was better and that the coordinator didn't schedule a time with me for an interview that wasn't going to happen. Overall it was a very bright team of engineers and I am sure it would have been a great company to work for.
